Early beg alms


In the early morning, the opportunity to watch the saffron-robed monks moving silently through the streets to collect alms (offerings of food), a ritual still very much a part of everyday life in Laos.

This is the diary of the Monks' activity accept on the day of the holy Buddha, the laymen and women will do the offering of food to the monks in their temple instead of the long line street awaiting for the monks in order to devote merit to their ancestors.

In Luang Prabang, the temples is closed by and there are many templse for you to choose and learn on the Lao culture, story described in the ceramic walls. The most visited temple in Luang Prabang is Wat Xieng Thong
